INTRODUCTION AND ENTITY DISCLOSURE

This Masterclass and all associated services are provided by Floating Memories, a business unit of BW International LLP. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms "Company," "We," "Us," and "Our" refer collectively to Floating Memories and its parent entity, BW International LLP.  The terms "Student," "Participant," and "You" refer to any individual or entity enrolling in our programs.

1.⁠ ⁠Modification of Terms
Floating Memories reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Masterclass after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
​2. Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend, update, and/or cancel any part of the curriculum, session schedules, guest speakers, or provided materials to ensure the highest quality of education and service excellence.
​3. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the Masterclass are the exclusive property of Floating Memories. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or capturing of any course content or live sessions is strictly prohibited.
​4. Deliverables & Inclusions
The scope of the Masterclass is limited to the items explicitly listed on the enrollment page. Floating Memories reserves the right to determine the final format and availability of all course deliverables.
​5. Finality of Sale
All enrollments are final. Due to the proprietary nature of the information shared, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by Floating Memories in writing.
